Went to Amber @ Mandarin Oriental for their wine pairing lunch, however I actually ended up choosing the non alcoholic option. The mocktails definitely took me by surprise: Appletini which consisted earl grey tea in it and a really fruity mango mix. I would have to say that i enjoyed the appetizers more than all the other dishes, especially the raspberry lollipop foie gras :). The presentation of all the dishes were really nice thou. And for the birthday girl (me) you get a complementary box of pink macaroos..so cute!!
